Variation of Cellular Proportions During Homeostasis and Regeneration of Ambystoma Mexicanum Brain Throughout its Life Cycle

This study focused on analyzing cell proportions in the homeostasis (un-injured) and regeneration (injured) of Axolotl's (Ambystoma mexicanum) brain during its life cycle using single-nuclei (snRNA-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data. By applying machine learning tools (CIBERSORTx), we expect to estimate cell proportions at both stages, providing detailed insight into proportional changes and their influence on regeneration.
