Optimal Design of Adaptive Landing Gear Based on TRIZ Theory

With the progress of science and technology, the adaptive technology of aircraft landing gear has gradually matured, and has been widely used in the field of UAV and low-altitude light-load civil aircraft industry. However, the adaptive landing gear in the market generally has some problems, such as the inability to achieve multi-dimensional tilt, complex control and high cost. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the existing problems based on TRIZ theory, obtains the design scheme by using TRIZ tools, and puts forward innovative methods to optimize the adaptive landing gear design. Explore the future development direction of products through a nine-screen analysis; conduct functional analysis of the system to identify functional defects; solve the key problems by means of technical contradiction, physical contradiction, and object field analysis, and the contradiction matrix is found. Finally, the optimal design scheme of adaptive landing gear is obtained by using separation method.
