Measurement of Projectile Position by Intersection of Area Array CCD

In order to accurately measure the three-dimensional location information of the air bomb body, this article uses two CCD sensors based on the visual measurement method of binocular vision. The working principle of the method is introduced in detail, the mathematical model based on the two-sided array measurement of the bomb body is derived, the general method of its image processing is introduced, and the composition of the test system is analyzed and studied. Through the test, the feasibility of the method was verified, and the three-dimensional position of the bomb body was analyzed. The error in the horizontal axis direction of the projectile was 2.56mm, the error in the high and low direction was 2.76mm, and the error in the depth direction was 2.53. mm. The comparison between the measurement value and the calibration value is at the millimeter level. The experimental results have proved that the method of using the double-sided array CCD to measure the position of the bullet is feasible.
