Design of Ultra Wide-Band Triangular Shaped Patch Antenna for 39 GHz Millimiter-Wave Applications

Generation (5G) networks. The 5G networks not only provide a high data rate but also have the capability to handle extensive internet traffics. CST Studio Suite is used to simulate the antenna. FR4-Epoxy is the substrate material that has a 4.4 relative permittivity and 1.6 mm of thickness. This antenna can be utilized for many applications because it covers an ultra-wide bandwidth of 28GHz, and shows a very low reflection coefficient of less than -60 at 39 GHz with good performances in gain, radiation pattern and VSWR.
