Stages of Developing an Adaptive Model of a High-Efficiency Gas-Piston Mini-CHP Complex with Energy Storage Units Operating Under Electric and Thermal Load Schedules

Distributed generation (DG) is widely implemented in the structure of distribution networks (DN), leads to the connection of innovative energy units (EU), increasing the efficiency of both business processes with reduced energy tariffs and DG facilities. Operation of EU of mini-CHPs in the generation mode leads to redistribution of electric power (EP) flows in the external network and causes the need for optimization of the structure and modes, checking the switching capacity of the equipment. EP accumulators in power output schemes (POS) increase the efficiency of use of the entire complex of equipment (CE) of mini-CHPs, as well as equalize load schedules in the DN. The purpose of the study is to develop the sequential stages of formation of a highly efficient CE with gas-driven units (GDU) and energy storage units (ESU) of a mini-CHP for a specific consumer, for the subsequent long-term operation of the facility, taking into account its daily and seasonal consumption. To solve this problem, it is necessary: to analyze consumption by means of online monitoring and to develop a methodical approach to the selection of the whole CE; to create an adequate and adaptive model of operation of the POS of mini-CHP and adjacent DN; to develop an expert online system of identification and support of operating modes of CE by modules of operational and predictive analytics. The material presents the structural and functional scheme of the developed expert system of control modes and diagnostics of mini CHP CE (ESCMD) and adjacent 10/0.4 kV DN.
