Command System for a Robotic 3D Printing Complex Using DED Technology

In this work, a command system was developed and tested to control the three-dimensional printing of metal parts using a robotic complex operating using DED printing technology. An analysis of printing technology was carried out. A description of the structure of the equipment included in the complex is given. Based on an analysis of the functional purpose of the complex elements and their relationships, the requirements for the command system are formulated. When developing the command system, the need to simultaneously launch several sequential commands was taken into account. Based on the formulated requirements, a system of commands has been developed to control the printing of specific products. The command system provides the ability to partially set parameters (if, when executing a given command, some parameters must remain unchanged relative to the previous command). The developed command system has been successfully tested.
