System of Oil Express Flow Control on the Basis of Proton Magnetic Resonance Relaxometry

Today oil industry actively turns towards the modernization of equipment and industrial technologies. New oil-mining equipment, methods of diagnosis and raw materials processing are being dynamically developed for implementing smart digital oil deposits (SDOD). One of the relevant problems is providing a reliable control of the water-oil liquids' condition without which none of the oil-wells will meet the demands of SDOD. To solve this problem, the authors of the paper have designed flow oil analyzer on the basis of proton magnetic resonance relaxation (PMRR). This device gives the opportunity to conduct the express-control and analysis without probe preparation. The data by this method is received from correlations between oil properties and PMRR-parameters quickly involving the verification of data using different PMRR-parameters. The paper provided the methods developed for of the flow express-control, its implementation and theoretical substantiation of the system.
