Development of Regulatory Documents for Calculating Electrical Loads of Single-Family Homes Using Big Data

The construction of single-family homes in the Russian Federation is one of the priority areas necessary to improve the standard of living of the population. At the same time, for the construction of electrical networks in residential villages, there are no regulatory documents with a modern regulatory framework for the design of electrical networks. Sustainable development of private and industrial construction of single-family homes is possible only with the development of regulatory technical documents that meet modern requirements. To accomplish this task, research work was carried out to develop regulatory documents used in the design of electrical networks of residential villages located in rural areas of the Republic of Tatarstan. Statistical analysis of big data, including half-hourly electrical loads and building characteristics as a function of time and period of year for more than 1900 single-family homes (more than 12.5 million electrical load values) located in rural areas, obtained from smart meters, showed that their the level differs from the electrical loads of single-family homes in urban areas, which explains the advisability of separating them into a separate group. After processing big data, graphs of maximum specific electrical loads were obtained, which will make it possible to develop a regulatory document for the design of electrical networks in residential villages.
