Multi-Objective Dispatch Optimization Model and Case Analysis of Power System Under Dual-Carbon Target

Based on the dual carbon target, combined with a virtual power generation system on the power side and a carbon emission trading mechanism, this paper constructs a power system project compensation model considering demand response. At the same time, we have constructed an economic low-carbon target model for the power grid system, forming a multi-objective scheduling optimization model and comprehensive scheduling plan for the power system under the dual carbon target. On this basis, this article divides the clean energy consumption policy into two categories: fully acquiring renewable energy generation and allowing moderate wind abandonment, and constructs four simulation scenario schemes for numerical analysis. The results show that the demand response measures of interruptible load can reduce the pressure of power generation, maintain the stability of the system, optimize the output structure of thermal power units, and reduce coal consumption and carbon emissions. When wind power fluctuates greatly, if the load demand decreases rapidly, wind curtailment will lead to the increase of system energy consumption cost, and it is economical not to curtail wind, and the penalty cost of wind curtailment should be moderately increased as a constraint.
