With the continuous progress of technology and the intensification of market competition, the demand and supply for personalized customized products by users are constantly increasing. In order to meet this demand, the manufacturing industry is gradually shifting towards personalized design and manufacturing of products, which would become an inevitable trend. In order to find optimization and quickly find the global optimal solution for complex problems, this article uses an improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) to optimize personalized customization of product shapes. It can provide personalized customization, rapid design, and automated production based on users’ preferences and needs, which provides users with a better product experience and meets their personalized needs for product styling.
