Designing the Indicator System for Influencing Factors of E-Learning Resources Evolution

E-learning resources are the core element of the “Internet + education” system. High-quality e-learning resources can enrich the means and methods of education and teaching, enhance learning outcomes, improve students' learning experiences, and promote students' autonomous learning and continuous development. However, how to ensure the large-scale generation and constant improvement of high-quality e-learning resources is still a problem that needs to be solved. Based on the theory of information ecology, this study constructed a system of indicators of factors influencing the evolution of e-learning resources through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Using the Interpretative Structure model method, we further analyzed the elements' logical relationship and intrinsic connection. The results indicated that the factors influencing the evolution of e-learning resources primarily include four dimensions: users, learning resources, learning platforms, and management mechanisms. In addition, there are eleven secondary indicators, such as user quantity, resource relevance, platform usability, incentive mechanisms, etc. This study aims to accurately identify the influencing factors during the evolution of e-learning resources and provide relevant strategies for continuously generating high-quality resources.
