Optimization of Settlement Process of Hubei Electric Power Retail Market Based on ESIA Theory

With the deepening of power market reform, higher requirements have been put forward for the timeliness, accuracy and flexibility of power market transaction settlement. Based on ESIA theory, an advanced method of process optimization, and combined with the transaction settlement rules in Hubei Power spot trial operation, this paper analyzes the problems in retail market settlement, designs the retail market settlement process in Hubei power spot market, and puts forward an optimization scheme. The optimized settlement process can improve the work efficiency of Hubei power trading settlement to a greater extent, and improve the transparency and stability of the market.
