Research on the Key Technology of 550kV 1000H Grounded Reactor for Offshore Wind Power Flexible HVDC Transmission Projects

With the rapid development of offshore wind power projects in recent years, as a large-scale offshore wind farm group transmission mode, flexible HVDC transmission technology has the advantages of flexibility, reliability, and strong fault crossing ability. This paper focuses on the key technologies of 550kV 1000H grounded reactor products for offshore wind power flexible HVDC transmission projects. The structural characteristics of the products are analyzed, the insulation design and vacuum casting measures of the reactor products are discussed, and the insulation reliability of the products is verified through finite element simulation and test. The prototype model of 500kV grounded reactor developed in this paper has been verified by partial discharge test and insulation test, and the research results have guidance and reference significance for the research and design of ultra-high voltage class dry coil.
