Game Strategies for the Thermal Power Plant and Building Clusters Considering Ground Level Concentrations of Atmospheric Pollutants

The vast majority of thermal power plants burn coal to generate electricity and produce atmospheric pollutants. However, due to cost and other factors, the application of flue gas desulphurization, denitrification and dedusting technologies in thermal power plants is still being improved and promoted, so there is still a need to consider atmospheric pollutants generated by thermal power plants when studying the optimization of power systems. To this end, this paper proposes a Stackelberg game strategy for the thermal power plant and building clusters considering ground level concentrations of atmospheric pollutants. The Gaussian puff diffusion model is employed to describe the spatiotemporal distribution of atmospheric pollutants, which affects the cost of the thermal power plant and the game strategy. A joint electricity-heat optimization model is established for multi-type building clusters. The IbI Logic Algorithm (ILA) nested CPLEX solver is simulated in MATLAB, and the example results show that the optimization strategy proposed in the paper can ensure the quality of the ground environment while maximizing the benefits of each subject.
