Self-Organizing Aggregation of Massive Distributed Flexible Resources

Distributed flexible resources show a trend of massive development, which will be a blue ocean participating in power grid active power balance. However, how to effectively utilize these distributed flexible resources with the characteristics of small, large and scattered, and reach their full potential, faces the problem of efficient organization of massive resources. Thus, this paper proposes a self-organizing architecture based on social networks and a dispatch process from ISO, which can aggregate those massive distributed flexible resources into self-organizing group efficiently and conveniently. The key technologies about self-organizing group are analyzed from four aspects: attraction, portrait, matching and response, including the reference ideas and implementation methods of each key technology.
