Critical Line Identification Method Considering Horizontal and Vertical Two-Way Volatility Adapted to Medium and Long-Term Transactions

There are more and more trading entities in the electricity market, and the network is becoming more and more complex, which reduces the efficiency of transaction calculation. For medium and long-term transactions, critical lines play an absolute role in transactions. In order to deal with the problem of accurate and reasonable identification of key transmission lines, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of key transmission lines in power grid considering medium and long-term transaction and uncertainty of new energy is proposed. Firstly, from the two aspects of transaction and operation, the key line identification index considering medium and long-term transaction is proposed to measure the importance and blocking degree of transmission lines in power grid topology. Then, the key line index considering the horizontal and vertical two-way volatility is proposed to measure the degree of high uncertainty. Finally, the identification of critical lines based on RSR is proposed to fully measure the importance of lines in the power grid. The simulation results of IEEE39 node system show that the method is effective and reasonable.
