Optimal Dispatch of Distribution Networks Based on Multi-node Interaction of Controllable PV and Supporting Storage - Load

In the background of the whole county photovoltaic (PV) development, a high proportion of distributed PV - supporting energy storage system(ESS)-load demonstrate a multi-node access trend. Voltage exceeding the limit and reverse power flow overloading the capacity when excessive PV output cannot be consumed locally, collaboration actions are required to ensure the safety of distribution networks operation. An optimal dispatch of distribution networks based on multi-node interaction of controllable PV and supporting storage-load is proposed in this paper. First, an optimal scheduling model of controllable PV and supporting storage-load is constructed. Second, to address the impact of PV output uncertainty on the accuracy of controllable results, the variance and mean value of PV output are introduced, and the original power flow constraints and safety constraints are reformulated into the form of opportunity constraints, and the multi-problem is solved by ε-constraint method. Finally, the economy and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an IEEE33-node example.
