Analysis of Energy Consumption of Office Buildings

In this paper, all kinds of basic information, operation, and energy consumption monitoring data of 37 office buildings in a city is research. The comprehensive energy consumption of the buildings is statistically analyzed, based on which the power structure and node potential direction of the office buildings are analyzed, and the average daily load value of the monitoring energy consumption data of a specific month is analyzed in three categories through k-means. In addition, employing box-line diagrams, the concentration of energy consumption distribution of office buildings in different years of construction and under different enclosure structures are analyzed, and the differences in energy consumption of office buildings under different influencing factors are compared to provide guidance for the optimization of the construction and optimization of energy-saving trending operation of office buildings in the future and to carry out better the evaluation of energy consumption of office buildings.
