Multi-Physical Field Simulation Study of High Voltage Converter Valve Saturated Reactor

As the core equipment of the UHVDC converter valve, the saturable reactor is responsible for eliminating the harmonics caused by the converter valve and improving the system reliability and stability. The vibration sound generated during the operation of the saturated reactor contains a lot of information, which can reflect the operating state of the saturated reactor to a large extent. It is of great significance to carry out effective simulation of the saturated reactor, and has guiding significance for the state evaluation of the saturated reactor and the safe operation of the converter valve. In this paper, the generation and propagation of the acoustic signal of the saturated reactor core are studied, and a multi-physical field simulation model based on COMSOL is proposed. Then, the vibration test of saturated reactor under high frequency pulse excitation is carried out. The correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the experimental data with the simulation data, and the effectiveness of the technology is verified.
