Research on Intelligent Algorithm of Transformer Area Topology Recognition Based on Distribution Network Measurement Data

The files of the topological relationship in the lowvoltage distribution network are not clear and difficult to check, and the wrong topological information will bring great difficulties to the line loss statistics and investigation in the transformer area. Based on the measurement data of low-voltage distribution network, this paper presents a method to identify the topological relationship of transformer area. Firstly, a self-organizing feature mapping algorithm is used to determine the number of transformers in a large number of transformers and user data. Secondly, the time-wavelet energy spectrum of transformer and user measurement data is extracted as the high frequency component, and the mathematical model of transformer and user is established. The results of transformer and user identification are obtained by using Gurobi solver. Finally, the measurement data of the actual distribution network are used for verification and analysis, and a high recognition accuracy is obtained. The algorithm can be extended to other areas, which greatly saves the manpower and material resources of manual recognition.
