Application of One-Key Sequence Control Transformation and Efficient Acceptance Technology of Substation Based on Evidence Comparison

With the digital reform of the power grid and the “two alternatives”, landing continues to be promoted, a key to the sequential control of technology, while the grid operation and inspection experts of the State Grid Corporation continue to explore the main means of development. At present, the power grid company adheres to the principle of “change when you can” to carry out the promotion and application of one-key sequence control, which is through the prefabrication of the operation project software, the modular structure of the operation content, and the automatic identification of the equipment state, fail-safe interlocking intelligent calibration, automatic sequential execution of the operation process, the traditional manual filling of the operation ticket will be based on the cumbersome, repetitive and easy to misoperation. It transforms the traditional manual filling of operation tickets into a cumbersome, repetitive and easily misoperated reverse gate operation mode into a “one-button sequence control” operation mode, reducing the operation time from 60 minutes to 20 minutes. The operation and maintenance costs are significantly reduced and work efficiency is effectively improved. Based on the current one-key sequence control family planning budget in the process of substation reconstruction and expansion project application, the one-key sequence control transformation scheme and verification technology are studied and applied, and it is found that 100% correctness.
