Simulation of the Effect of Torque Variation on A Brushless DC Motor with Fuzzy Control

In research carried out using simulations with Matlab Simulink R2013a on Brushless DC motors with Fuzzy control which aims to determine the effect of changes in torque values on rotational speed and current values in the motor stator. In the simulation that has been carried out, when the motor is given a torque load of 0.215 Nm and 0.322 Nm the rotational speed of the motor is able to follow the set point given even though there are ups and downs in its speed. Meanwhile, when the motor was given a torque load of 0.645 Nm, the motor experienced a decrease of 50 rpm each. The decrease in motor speed is caused by the torque load value exceeding the torque capacity that the motor can produce so that the motor is unable to reach the predetermined setpoint. Increasing the torque value on the motor also results in an increase in the stator current value on the motor, where there is an average increase of 0,31 A for each increase in the torque.
