Exploring the Resistance Factors in the Low-Carbon Transformation of the Energy and Power System Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Under the dual influence of the dual-carbon goal and the development goal of the new power system, how to successfully realize the low-carbon and safe transformation of energy and power systems has become the focus of research at this stage. In order to analyze the resistance factors affecting the low-carbon transformation of energy and power systems, this paper is based on the framework of hierarchical analysis, qualitatively analyzing the influence factors of low-carbon transformation of China's energy and power systems from the micro-technology level, the economic environment level, and the macro-policy level, and quantitatively analyzing the weights of all kinds of resistance factors on this basis. The results of the study show that the micro-technology level is the most important resistance factor encountered in the process of low-carbon transformation of China's energy and power systems, while the growth of market demand, imperfect competition mechanism and high investment costs from the economic environment level also hinder the low-carbon transformation of some energy and power systems. In addition, the policy level will also exert some pressure on the transformation of energy and power system, to guide its gradual transformation. To sum up, if China's energy and power system wants to realize the dual-carbon goal and build a complete new power system, it should also increase the research and development and application of new energy technologies in the future to promote technological innovation and breakthroughs; increase the construction of power grids and policy support, and drive the transformation of energy and power systems from the bottom up and the top down.
