A modified current mirror with level shifting capability and low input impedance

A current mirror with DC level shifting capability and low input impedance is described. The input impedance can be varied over a limited range without significantly altering the current gain of the circuit, and lateral p-n-p transistors can be used to provide reasonable performance up to a few megahertz.
