Line Parameters Identification with Data-Mechanism-Combined Method Under Insufficient Measurement Condition

There are situations in the distribution network, such as insufficient detection equipment and long-term operation. Especially, with the introduction of distributed power sources in recent years, there is an urgent need for a method for accurate identification of line parameters. This article proposes a distribution network parameter identification method that combines data-driven and mechanism. The algorithm only requires a small amount of voltage data. And the power data required by the algorithm can be partially pseudo measurement data Firstly, the problem of identifying distribution network parameters is summarized as a nonlinear optimization problem. And the parameter optimization range is reasonably defined based on the resistance and reactance parameters in the line ledger. Then, the measurable active power, reactive power and distribution network topology are used to calculate the node voltage value through the power flow equation. The deviation between the measurable node voltage and the calculated value is used as the objective function. The PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) is carried out to obtain the calculated resistance and reactance values. Finally, by comparing result and values in the ledger, the ledger information is corrected. The partial topology data of a distribution network in a certain province is utilized to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method.
