High Share Distributed PV Interactive Coordination Fast Frequency Response Control Strategy

With the continuous increase in the penetration rate of renewable energy, the grid frequency stability is threatened obviously. In order to decrease the negative impact of system frequency stability with a high share of distributed photovoltaics(PV) integrated into, a system frequency response(SFR) model suitable for high distributed PV penetration is established, a coordinated control strategy between centralized frequency control mode and decentralized frequency control mode is proposed in this paper, then an optimization control model is constructed to exert the frequency modulation performance of different types of distributed PV fully, Finally, the effectiveness of the offered method is systematically verified based on practical simulation system.
