Decoupling Control Method of Temperature and Humidity in Long Storage Environment Based on Particle Swarm Optimization PID Algorithm

Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID control algorithm has poor control effect and is difficult to meet the control accuracy of temperature and humidity in long storage environment, a PID control method based on particle swarm optimization is proposed in this paper to realize the effective control of nonlinear systems with large time delay. Firstly, the model construction and parameter decoupling of the long storage environment measurement and control system are completed, and a simulated annealing optimization strategy based on the Metropolis criterion is proposed, which realize the global optimal convergence of PSO and real-time online adjustment of PID control parameters. Then, based on the Matlab/Simulink virtual test platform, the decoupling control model of temperature and humidity of the long storage environment measurement and control system is constructed. The simulation results show that the PSO PID control algorithm established in this paper has certain advanced and good robustness.
