Transformer vibration analysis is still an important research direction for fault diagnosis of transformers in operation. This article provides a theoretical analysis of the mechanism of transformer vibration signal generation and the influencing factors of vibration signal, with a focus on quantitative research on the influence of each influencing factor on the amplitude and frequency spectrum of transformer vibration. The vibration signals of several transformers in operation of a certain power grid company were collected under different operating conditions. Through big data fitting training, frequency domain spectrum feature analysis, and other methods, the impact of different current harmonic distortion rates, power factors, temperatures, and operating years on vibration was studied. The correction curve of the influence of current distortion rates on the vibration signal spectrum and the correction formula of temperature on vibration amplitude were obtained, Obtain the correction coefficient of the transformer vibration signal.
