Research on Load Transfer Scheme Optimization with Considering the Distribution Topology Recognition Based on Graphical Model

The accurate distribution physical topology is basic for the formulation of load transfer scheme in the large-scale power outage accident. In view of the subjectivity and hysteresis of traditional distribution network load transfer methods, this paper proposes an optimal load transfer method considering the topology recognition. The physical-graphical-network (PGN) model is built from the actual physical structure of distribution network. Then an inference algorithm called belief propagation is used to recognize the distribution system structure. On this basis, a two-stage optimal transfer model is established to determine the optimal feeders for the outage loads. The proposed method can effectively improve the load recovery rate.
