Short-term Wind Load Prediction Considering Coupling Characteristics of Multi-energy Complementary System

In recent years, the rapid development of renewable energy has been the driving force behind the gradual transformation of the energy industry. The integrated energy system (IES) has become an important method of energy use for energy transformation, linking various energy sources more closely to improve energy use efficiency. Accurate energy forecasting is important for dispatching and operating IES in an economic and optimal way. In this paper, a method for predicting the power load and the wind speed of the integrated power system is proposed on the basis of the EMD-GRU model. First, the original data is decomposed by empirical mode decomposition, and then the candidate features are selected by Pearson correlation coefficient to generate a feature subset. Then, the modal components obtained after the decomposition are predicted separately and superimposed to obtain the final prediction result. Finally, the method has good prediction accuracy through comparative analysis, and the model is verified using data from a specific area.
