Simulation and Intelligent Fault Diagnosis of Bidirectional LLC Resonant Converter

This paper proposes a frequency conversion control method with synchronous rectification and synchronous equal width by studying the topology and theory of bidirectional LLC resonant converters. It improves the efficiency of the converter, expands the adaptability range of the converter, and conducts simulation verification through PSIM. At the same time, this paper achieved structural and parametric fault simulation injection of the circuit through simulation methods, obtained rich fault sample data, and completed structural fault diagnosis of circuit MOSFET based on random forest, as well as circuit capacitance parametric fault diagnosis and capacity prediction based on LSTM random forest.
