The paper presents a systematic approach that utilizes Indian Sign Language video as input and converts it into text. By leveraging support vector machines, convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, Media Pipe, and deep learning methods, the proposed system effectively addresses the challenges faced by the deaf and mute community in accessing educational resources and engaging in daily activities.
