Research on Assisted Reproductive Technology and Gene Modification Model Based on Data Mining

With the wide development of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology), the offspring of ART has gradually become an important part of the world population, and its reproductive genetic safety has been paid more and more attention by scholars. In order to deeply understand the regulatory mechanism of gene alternative splicing and understand the pathogenic mechanism of mutation at the splicing level, this paper analyzes the splicing regulatory elements and splicing site sequences by applying sequence pattern mining modeling, and further quantitatively studies the gene modification model based on data mining. In the model of predicting miRNA- disease association based on induction matrix, the known miRNA- disease association and integrated miRNA similarity and disease similarity are combined to calculate the prediction score of each miRNA-disease pair. The predicted disease-related miRNA of five major human diseases were confirmed.
