Research on the Evaluation of D&A System Based on Machine Learning Algorithm

To properly manage data resources, an important strategic corporate asset, and gain a competitive advantage, we evaluated company development and management systems by examining three key components: people, technology, and process. We used literature research to extend the problem-solving ideas. The company's system maturity was measured using a composite scoring method and simulated data analysis. NetLogo simulation and system dynamics simulation were used to simulate the port operation process for intuitive operation and data statistics. A decision tree model was used to propose changes to the system, allowing the company to maximize the potential of its data assets.
