Design of Intelligent Matching System for Power Engineering Subcontractors Based on Chaos Optimization Algorithm

The continuous expansion of China's electric power engineering construction investment has also continuously increased the requirements for engineering construction. Among them, the green degree and quality of construction of power engineering subcontractors determine the realization of the entire project goal. Strategic cooperation with high-quality subcontractors is key to achieving our goals. This paper innovatively proposes a subcontractor performance evaluation model based on chaotic optimization algorithm. At the same time, this paper establishes a high-quality subcontractor performance evaluation index system based on green construction and high-quality construction. In this paper, the above algorithm is used to select the optimal subcontractor from the constructed subcontractor library to achieve the optimization of the subcontractor selection scheme. Finally, a numerical example is cited to prove the effectiveness of the networked power engineering subcontractor selection and optimization model.
