Design of Intelligent Human Resource Information Collection System Based on Decision Tree Algorithm

To solve the problems of incomplete human resources information and low collection efficiency in the current human resources collection, an intelligent collection system of human resources information was developed based on decision tree algorithm. Firstly, human resource recommendation data were analyzed and processed. Then, the intelligent collection system was constructed using a decision tree algorithm. The data were integrated into the model, and its feasibility was analyzed using big data technology. The results showed that the developed intelligent collection system unified and classified fragmented data and misinformation data and significantly improved the efficiency and precision of data classification. The algorithm satisfied different task requirements for the modification and pruning of the decision tree. It digitized and standardized human resource management business, standardized data, and enabled smart decision-making. A high efficiency in human resource management was achieved, which allowed for the accumulation of human resource data and the improvement of economic and social benefits.
