Optimization of the Departure Approval Model for College Graduates Based on the Pre-approval Mechanism

A pre-approval mechanism based on approval model which is proposed to address key issues such as high human-machine interaction, cost investment, data silos and the need of improving user experience in the approval model for departure system of college graduates. In order to improve the efficiency, reduce approval workload and save resources of graduates departure, this model establishes a departmental data sharing mechanism to form a graduation departure database and optimize the departure approval process.. The experimental results show that the optimized model has an approval efficiency of 7 times that of the original model, a reduction of 4 times in approval nodes, a reduction of 7 times in frequency of human-machine interaction, and a reduction of 7 times in human resources. It provides rapid and convenient services such as querying and approval processing. This optimization model can greatly improve approval efficiency, reduce the frequency of human-machine interactionand save financial and material resources. This study can provide certain theoretical and practical references for the improvement of information technology in universities.
