Emotional NeuroStimulus Enhancer for Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction remains as a top priority for businesses aiming to optimize product sales and post- purchase services. To elevate customer experience further, an approach is proposed to enhance customer satisfaction within company outlets. Drawing inspiration from the human body's endorphins and their role in shaping diverse emotional states during pleasant and painful experiences, this research focuses on externally inducing feel-good endorphins through sensory stimulation. By targeting four primary sense organs - eyes, nose, ears, and skin - the aim is to create a multi-sensory environment that capitalizes on colors, scents, audio, and store temperature to trigger feel-good endorphins in customers visiting company outlets. This approach is designed to elevate overall customer experience, fostering a positive emotional state and, consequently, a higher level of satisfaction with the company's products and services. This system is currently built on Arduino technology, delivers a synchronized and immersive multi- sensory experience that is expected to positively influence customers' perceptions and decisions during their in-store visit. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on customer satisfaction enhancement and offers an innovative application of modern technology in the retail sector. Insights gathered from this study can guide companies in crafting a more engaging and customer-centric shopping environment, ultimately leading to increased sales and customer loyalty.
