A Method for Building an Emotional Clothing Design Teaching Scaffold Based on ENA Data Analysis

Emotional clothing design is a clothing design concept that focuses on emotions and pays attention to people's inner needs and emotional expression. Empowering clothing design based on individual emotions is a generative design behavior that helps learners innovate knowledge and trigger deeper cognitive processes, actively reflecting their design level and high-level design abilities. The research focuses on 28 undergraduate students majoring in fashion design, designing and implementing a pro class learning framework for emotional fashion design teaching. Based on the generative text data in the learning feedback form during the teaching process, using content analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and cognitive network analysis methods, this study explores the enhancing role of emotional stimulation in capturing and empowering fashion design inspiration from a phased development perspective. Research has found that during the dynamic development of curriculum teaching, diverse emotional generative issues gradually increase, and students' cognitive level shifts towards deep cognitive development of explaining and refining viewpoints. Through elements such as color, pattern, and material, designers' emotional views are conveyed, enabling designers and consumers to feel happy, comfortable, and confident when wearing these clothing.
