Based on GeoGebra to Cultivate Geometric Intuitiveness for Middle School Students in Graphic and Geometric Teaching Design - Taking “Rotation of Graphics” as an Example

The deep integration of information technology and mathematics teaching is not only a trend of the times, but also an inherent requirement for cultivating students' core mathematical literacy. Strengthening the intuitive teaching of geometry is beneficial for cultivating students' deep learning and the development of their thinking abilities. In junior high school, one of the teaching objectives in the field of “Graphics and Geometry” aims to cultivate students' geometric intuition ability. However, traditional teaching methods are difficult to achieve efficient classroom teaching effects. Therefore, this article uses GeoGebra software to effectively design the teaching of “Rotation of Graphics”. With the help of GeoGebra software, the rotation process of graphics is dynamically and intuitively displayed to students, improving their geometric intuition and spatial imagination ability, It provides an effective path for the cultivation of core competencies and new concepts and ideas for classroom teaching.
