Welcome to the 13th International Conference on Information Technology in Medicine and Education (ITME 2023), which will be held on November 24-26, 2023, in Wuyishan, Fujian, China. ITME 2023 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the IT in Medicine and Education. ITME 2023 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss recent progress in the area of Medicine and Education.
