Analysis of the Implementation Effect of Equity Incentive in Taige Pharmaceuticals Based on Projection Pursuit Model

In this paper, a projection pursuit model is employed to investigate Taige Pharmaceuticals, focusing on a detailed examination of its two successive equity incentive plans. Utilizing the “survival of the fittest” principle from the natural world and harnessing computer technology, real-number encoding calculations are performed using MATLAB 2021b to determine the corresponding projection values. This, in turn, facilitates an in-depth analysis of the practical effectiveness of Taige Pharmaceuticals' equity incentives. The findings indicate that both rounds of equity incentives have had a positive impact on the company's future business performance. Furthermore, the application of genetic algorithms reveals that equity incentives can effectively mitigate the adverse effects of abrupt external environmental changes on the company's performance.
