Design of Wireless Automatic Detection System for Moment of Inertia

In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional torsion pendulum method to measure the moment of inertia, a moment of inertia measurement system of STC89C52 Single-Chip Microcomputer(SCM) and photoelectric pair tube was researched and produced Value, the SCM is used as the control core, and the measured value of the moment of inertia is directly calculated and displayed in conjunction with the liquid crystal display. NRF24101 as a wireless control module can realize remote monitoring. Compared with traditional measuring devices, the system has the advantages of high accuracy, simple operation and small size, avoiding complicated calculations, reducing errors of human calculations, realizing remote real-time monitoring, automating the measurement process, and greatly improving the measurements efficiency.
