Research on the Psychological Stress of Pilots Under Complex Flight Interaction Tasks

In order to evaluate the psychological stress state of pilots during flight operations and to accurately determine the training level of flight operations. By carrying out two kinds of experimental tasks in a simulated flight environment to induce the stress response of the subjects, obtaining the electrocardiographic signals of the subjects in the process of operation, comparing and analysing the changes of the electrocardiographic(ECG) indexes in different tasks and different flight phases, and analysing the changes of the subjects' stress in the process of the flight tasks, identifying typical electrocardiographic indexes that could characterize the different states of stress, and providing scientific bases for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of stress response by selecting suitable electrocardiographic indexes in different scenarios. The results showed that different flight tasks could induce the stress response of subjects, and the heart rate and HRV of ECG signals could provide a theoretical basis for objective evaluation of stress level.
