Research on the Quality Evaluation System of Logistics Services for Fresh Agricultural Products Based on improved SERVQUAL method

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the current logistics situation, referring to the logistics service quality model, the key factors affecting the logistics service quality of fresh agricultural products are determined, and the evaluation index system of logistics service quality for fresh agricultural products and the service quality evaluation model based on improved SERVQUAL method are constructed. Taking Jingdong Mall as an example, empirical research is conducted on the evaluation of logistics service quality after determining the weight of the evaluation index using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results show that the evaluation system can effectively solve the problem of quality evaluation of logistics services for fresh agricultural products.
