Cascade Control of Wireless Charging LCC-LCC Structure Based on ADRC

In the context of the widespread popularity of electric vehicles, wired charging has various limitations, while wireless charging has become a research hotspot due to its safety in avoiding physical contact, sparks and leakage risks, strong environmental adaptability, and convenient charging. This article proposes a secondary closed-loop control method based on ADRC for wireless charging LCC-LCC compensation structure, to achieve precise control of the output power of the wireless charging system and solve the problem of output current voltage deviation from the target value caused by external or self parameter disturbances during the working process of the wireless charging system. This method utilizes secondary closed-loop control technology and ADRC algorithm to dynamically adjust and optimize the wireless charging system, ensuring its stability and reliability in complex dynamic environments. This study conducted a theoretical analysis of the system, and then used Simulink simulation to compare the constant current control of the primary LCC-LCC and the PID control and ADRC control of the secondary LCC-LCC. The experimental results show that the primary constant current control and secondary closed-loop control method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the performance of wireless charging systems. Under working conditions, the control effects of ADRC controller and PI controller are compared, and the results show that ADRC controller has better control performance.
