Research on the Integrated Method for Power Equipment State Simulation and Reconstruction

The construction of the new power system can be supported using digital technology. In addition, digital technology is the best way to deal with the risk of safe and stable operation of power equipment while realizing intelligent maintenance. It is important to use digital modeling simulation and state reconstruction of power equipment to understand the multi-physical field and its spatiotemporal evolution law during the development of equipment defects. These methods can also guide the design and deployment of sensors to monitor the internal characteristics of power equipment. This paper proposes an integrated software tool for equipment state simulation and reconstruction for substation equipment state perception scenarios. It is based on the simulation calculation method of sensing data fitting and improves the analysis speed of multi-physical field simulation models. At the same time, it realizes the integration of equipment state simulation and reconstruction for equipment state perception scenarios. The tool takes the power cable as the research subject to achieve the functional integration of multi-physical field simulation of the internal temperature field of the cable, internal state data deduction, and equipment state visualization. This research has successfully delved into the data transmission chain, encompassing the entire modeling and analysis process, yielding desirable outcomes.
