Comprehensive evaluation of high-quality development of higher continuing education based on entropy method and cluster analysis method

Based on the machine learning methods of entropy method and cluster analysis method, we conduct data mining on the data of China’s higher continuing education. On the basis of relevant research on higher continuing education, we construct an index system for the high-quality development of higher continuing education. Based on the relevant data, we make a comprehensive evaluation of the high-quality development status of higher continuing education in 28 regions and gives a cluster analysis. Finally puts forward policy suggestions for the transformation and development of higher continuing education in China. The conclusion can provide some reference value for the development of higher continuing education.
