Design and Implementation of IOT based Solar Energy Management

This paper presents the design and simulation of a grid-connected photovoltaic system using Simulink and Internet of Things (IOT) technology. The system consists of solar cell, a DC/DC converter, and a DC/AC inverter. ThingSpeak connects the output data to the IOT platform. The simulation findings show that utilising the ThingSpeak platform, the proposed model can successfully represent the actual characteristics of a grid linked PV system. This facilitates control of a PV system located in a remote location. Maintenance, data collection, and analysis are all part of the process.
