Analysis of Temperature Change and Trace Characteristics Under Wire Overload Conditions

BVR, are used as research objects, and the overload scenario of 5 times the rated current is simulated to analyze the melt marks and overload temperature changes of copper wires. The experimental results show that the temperature rise curve increases exponentially and then decreases and tends to be stable when the copper wire is overloaded, and the thermal conductivity of the wire is proportional to the size of the copper wire, and has nothing to do with the inner diameter of the copper wire. This study provides a certain reference significance for the investigation of electrical fire accidents.
